If you can learn to endure pain, you can survive anything. Some people learn to embrace it- to love it. Some endure it through drowning it in sorrow, or by making themselves forget. Others turn it into anger.

About This Quote

The quote, “If you can learn to endure pain, you can survive anything.” is a great reminder that life is full of obstacles and it’s important to keep going. When we go through bad times we can be tempted to give up and let the pain become our master. One thing we don't know (but should) that sets us apart from all other humans: we've got a brain. If that was all we had, then we'd be like all the other animals on the planet. But we've got a brain and it's capable of amazing things.

It's capable of creating art, music, poetry... and so much more than that. The brain has allowed us to explore the universe, understand our place in it and to even create our own form of religion.

It's created this incredible world for us where we're able to interact with one another and communicate with just our voice or simple hand gestures. And yet we continue to do wrong and mistreat one another and the environment around us! We continue to destroy Mother Nature and her wonderful creations without even thinking about it! How does this even happen? Why are people so selfish, greedy and uncaring? Why do they insist on taking advantage of others? I think there are many reasons for this, but I think one of the most important reasons is because people are not aware of how powerful their brains are. They're not aware of how they can use their brains to make the world a better place for everyone else. It's not too late for them to change though! If everyone understood how powerful their brains are, I think it would make a huge impact on society as well as on people's daily lives. Imagine if people could see how their brains work? If they could see how their brains can create memories or heal wounds or fight off an illness? To me that would be unbelievable! How many times have you heard someone say something along these lines: "I would never have thought about doing that if I had known my brain was capable of doing that." Well imagine what kind of impact saying something like this would have on someone's life? To me it would be life-changing! The good news is that you have your very own brain...

so you have everything you need to gain control over your own mind... your own thoughts... your own actions...

your own life! So all you need to know is how your brain works (and it gets
